Payment
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. Please contact us for any other payment method.
Sales Tax
For shipments made inside the state of Missouri, sales tax of 0.05225% will be added to the cost of the merchandise.
Order Processing
We process orders within 2-3 business days. Shipping is through UPS (United Parcel Service). Shipping & packaging costs are for shipments within the continental United States. The shipping and packaging charge will be $10.00 for each necklace (matching earrings included). For shipping and packaging costs for artwork, other shipping means, shipments out of the continental United States, or insurance please contact us.
Returns
Returns require a return authorization number, which must be requested within
7 days after receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be returned packed in
original containers with original packing and shipped from the customer within 7
days of receipt of the return authorization number. Refunds will only be issued
for merchandise returned in original condition (new, unused, undamaged).
The customer will be responsible for the total cost of shipping returned
merchandise. The refunded amount (original merchandise cost only) will be
credited to your credit card within 14 business days after receipt of the
returned merchandise.
Exchanges
Exchanges require a return authorization number, which must be requested
within 7 days after receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be returned packed
in original containers with original packing and shipped from the customer
within 7 days of receipt of the return authorization number. Exchanges will only
be granted for merchandise returned in original condition (new, unused,
undamaged).
The customer will be responsible for the total cost of shipping exchanged
merchandise. The customer will be notified of exchanged amount (credit or debit)
within 14 business days after receipt the returned merchandise.
